We are a good fit for an attorney who currently has their own solo practice and sees the benefit of being part of a 30-attorney full-service business law firm while still enjoying much of the independence, autonomy, and flexibility of having their own practice. Qualifications

\n
• Strong foundation in commercial Law, including contract disputes, business torts, and related business litigation issues.
\n
• Demonstrated experience drafting and arguing Motions, including dispositive and procedural motions in commercial cases.
\n
• Background in navigating Courts, with familiarity with Florida state and federal court rules, procedures, and filing systems.
\n
• Experience handling Trials, including trial preparation, evidence organization, and participation in hearings and trial proceedings.
\n
• Proficiency in managing and defending Depositions, including preparation of witnesses and effective examination strategy.
\n
• Active license to practice law in Florida, in good standing.
\n
• 5+ years of commercial litigation experience at a nationally-recognized law firm, preferably with business-focused clients or startups.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple matters, and meet deadlines reliably.
\n
• Comfort with technology, including cloud-based document management and virtual collaboration tools; experience with cryptocurrency/blockchain or tech startups is a plus.
\n
• Experience as in-house counsel a strong plus.
\n
• Willingness to engage in firm-supported marketing and business development activities.
\n
• Existing book of business or prior experience building a book of business a strong plus.
\n

Compensation ranges from $200/hour to $300/hour, depending on experience. Attorney will also receive origination credit for bringing in work that is done by other attorneys in the firm.
