Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, allowing for informed treatment planning.

• Monitor client progress by establishing therapeutic goals and regularly evaluating the effectiveness of the treatment plans.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all sessions and interventions, complying with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and relationship challenges. Our clinic has a strong commitment to serving vulnerable populations, making cultural competence an essential aspect of the role.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field; an advanced degree, such as a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a therapeutic alliance built on trust and empathy.

• A compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor conducive to creating a safe environment for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
